Today I am breaking out an oldie. Photo Fridays meme is "Photoshop Skills". I dont personally use Photoshop much except for adjust saturation or brighness. I tend to like to keep to the more natural look, vs the tacky, overdone quality that many photoshopped images take on. But this is one of my favorites from back when I was learning the program.
This is the Collowash River, which is off the larger Clackamas River up in the Mt Hood National Forest. I changed the landscape to black and white, but kept the water colors exactly as they appeared that day.

Great effect! I really like what you've done in this photo. It gives a very unusual perspective.
The river looks very calm - I like the shivery ripples in front. The rocky terrain is also very interesting.
I love your touch of color. It makes the picture so interesting.

I am never disappointed in your photography!
