The International Rose Test Garden is a very popular attraction in Portland. Over 200 varieties of roses are grown here. The garden sits up on the hill facing east, and you can see the Portland skyline through the trees.

Portland is a pretty city and the roses truly add to that beauty.
I've never been to Portland, but it's on my list. The composition of your photo really showcases the urban landscape while showing off that garden, too.

The view of the city from the rose garden is a stunning contrast of mood! It makes the city look calm...but, we know a city is rarely calm!! Beautiful composition!
