Portland Skyline from the Portland Rose Test Gardens


The International Rose Test Garden is a very popular attraction in Portland. Over 200 varieties of roses are grown here. The garden sits up on the hill facing east, and you can see the Portland skyline through the trees.

  7. The view of the city from the rose garden is a stunning contrast of mood! It makes the city look calm...but, we know a city is rarely calm!! Beautiful composition!
