I am not ready for autumn yet :( I have seen a small dusting of falling leaves here and there. I think this is provoked by the cooler, autumn-like weather and winds we have been having lately. However, they are saying we are supposed to be back up in the 90's by the end of this week. Summers not gone quite yet ...**Whew**Wednesday, September 9, 2009
Random Leaves are ALREADY falling

They are falling here too and it's still hot! That is a lovely shot.
very pretty! I'm ready for fall but we will also be hanging on to summer for a little while longer.

I love your photo. I hope you are having a wonderful "summer" day.
Wonderful photo...for the Midwest we really haven't had summer...very cool and wet...they say our colors will be AMAZING this fall. I LOVE fall and the richness of the colors.
I am not ready for autumn either -- I hate seeing the leaves begin to fall, but at least we are getting the cool mid-70s days and 50s nights to go along with them. But, still ... too soon! always too soon.

What a unique shot. Nice capture. Oregon is such a pretty state. We traveled up the west coast of it a couple of years ago.
Thanks God for that, I had enough of summer!
What a beautiful shot! We used to travel the Columbia Gorge often -- we lived in Eugene OR and our parents in Clarkston WA -- never had time to properly enjoy it. Now I want to go back, just there!

My favorite season is fall. I love to hear the crunch of the leaves under my feet. I enjoy seeing one tree outdoing the tree next to it with color. It is like fourth of July fireworks except done by God. Lovely photo.
