It's so soft, it looks like it has pollen all over it. Probably not, and what's it doing in the water? Interesting. There are so many plants in this ecological system that are fascinating to a newcomer like me.
I read through all the comments to see what it might be. Bettyl seems to have come closest to guessing, but I agree with everyone, it is very pretty. And you found it floating in the creek? No leaves? No roots? Just one exquisite little blossom? Delightful.

I haven't the foggiest idea of what it is....it's very pretty though and looks beautiful the way it's wrapped up in the soft flowing water...

I love this picture, don't recognize the flower, but it is very calming and tender.
I'm not sure what it is either, but it sure is a pretty little flower!
I'm clueless too, but join the concensus that it is a pretty little flower, almost looks misplaced in it's surroundings!
Wish I could help, but I just don't know what it is ... but I do think your watery photo is beautiful and am glad you shared.
Hugs and blessings,
I can't help with identification, but I can say the image is beautiful. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I am no help with the flower id but it is very pretty.
lovely dainty star shape white flower.
Pretty is what it is! Where did you find that at?
It looks like some type of water lily, pretty though. Great picture.
It looks like a jasmine of some sort. Very dainty.
