Central Oregon Landscape

This weekend, I am going to east to see my Dad for Fathers Day. Last time I went out to central Oregon, we came across this picture perfect scene.

UPDATE: I have been selected to be Skywatch Fridays guest host this week! Thanks to everyone that stops by :)

What a beautiful scene!! It amazes me how radically different both Eastern Washington and Oregon are to Western WA and OR.

Congratulations on being guest host. Both your photos are stunning.Your landscape has that "Little House on the Prairie" feel about it, and the sunset with the blood-red light spilling down the hillside, speaks for itself. Great colours in both.

It looks like what early pioneers must have seen when they headed west. This is perfect in every way.

My Sacred Sunday shot tomorrow has one of those lone, giant trees!
