Todays picture is simple, but I think its pretty cool. The tide was going out, and the waves were taking out sand, leaving these ripples in the sand. It was like the beach was melting away ... a fast forward on the usually slow erosion that the waves cause!

That is a photo to be proud of! I liked the curvy lines leading into the distance. And of course , it was an excellent E :-) too.

Love the textured perspective of this shot. The ocean is in a constant state of eroding the beach and planting it some where else.

I've always loved the ripples in the sand left by the tide, and I can still remember the surprise I felt the first time I walked on them and found them so hard underfoot.
