In our area, you can judge a "nice day" by many things. No rain, sun breaks, a temperature above 55 ;) My favorite is a Mt Hood sighting. When Mt Hood makes an apperance, it just means a good day!

That IS beautiful! It reminds me of Mt. Fuji in Japan...when that mountain is visible, it's gotta be a good day! Splendid!
