As I mentioned last week, I did go on my Mt Hood hike on Sunday for Mothers Day and do have an assortment of photos to post. However, I was out sick for Monday and Tuesday, so this is my first opportunity to blog!
We adventured a few miles up the East Fork Trail off the Hood River. This first picture is a small waterfall that we heard out in the woods off the trail. We hiked back in a hundred feet or so and found this little, pretty waterfall. Someone had placed the red rock at the bottom of the falling water.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful photo! I lived near Seattle for about 2 years long ago but never got down to the Fort Hood area. I wish I had.
