I love a good barbecue. Luckily, my husband is great behind a grill. We actually bought a new bbq a few weekends ago. Its been hard using it though, with the rainy weather we've been having. We just set up the quick shade and brave the drizzle tho. Our very favorite to bbq is the fresh salmon that can be caught in our area. Nothing like it!!!

Dropping in for an Oregon fix -- and I should never have done that just before I start making dinner. Ours will NOT be as good as yours -- nor as photogenic.
Salmon! oh-so-yummy!!! Just give me a lemon,olive oil,salt and pepper and I'm good to go! :)
