I posted about visiting Little Crater Lake last year. Its a small lake, but a deep one. Its about 45 ft deep, and the bottom is littered with fallen trees. Photographs do not do it justice. I visited it again this past weekend. It was the most intense blue I have ever seen it. The blue sky reflecting off the water made this already amazing place even more unbelievable!

This absolutely takes my breath away! It certainly makes me want to pray even more for the polluted waters of our world!
Outstanding Photo!!!!
I love the clean alpine lakes. Tahoe is the same colour. I call it "Aqua Velva Blue".
That is a lovely picture of the Crater Lake. Such a lovely blue, I must agree.
Looks dangerously cold. The colors are stunning. I've heard that it's supposed to be haunted there.
I almost couldn't believe the color either. Fantastic!
