Along the east side of Trillium Lake is an "underground creek". The water flows from a nearby swampy area, and pops up through the ground a few times before making its way to the lake.

What a fun discovery... Be nice to turn it into a little pond :)
underground creeks fascinate me! There's one underneath our property that our old house used to pump water from into the kitchen...until the house was hooked up to town water.
