Taken last weekend. The skies were clear and blue, the wind was blowing and the air was cold!!! A common sighting -- you can see one of the barges making its slow journey up the Columbia River.

It seems to go on forever, doesn't it? Beautiful photo, amazing river and gorge.. amazing Pacific northwest.
