Icy Imprint
Walking along through the crusty, icy snow we noticed a trail of hoofprints that jetted off into the woods. I liked this one cause it had melted just enough that you could see the ground peeking through.

Quaintly interesting capture!!
What an evocative photo! I prefer it to wider views of snow which don't feel - well, how should I say it? - crunchy!
Cool shot! ;-)
Fabulous photo! :)

Fascinating! Looks like a nose with nostrils...
Perfect capture of the icy imprint. Do you think winter will ever be over?
neat shot.
wow.
Interesting capture. I like how well defined the hoofprint is, although it has melted away a bit.
Deep snow, by the looks of it.
How interesting that is! The snow looks quite deep for the print to embed to the soil. Wonderful capture.
Are you sure its not two eyes looking back at you:-)
I agree that it looks like a macros of a nose print in snow!
nifty shot!

Great Shot!
Interesting!
Please come and see my ABC Wednesday post, thanks!
My first thought when first seen this photo when much smaller of course over at the ABC Wednesday I thought I was looking at a nose! ha ha ha
Wow what a big surprise I had gotten after now seeing what this really is...great capture.
Well that is a great shot...almost looks like eyes peering out of the snow.
How lovely! Beautifully clear, too, isn't it?
I've photographed my dogs' footprints in snow, many times. :)
I could not tell what it was from the thumbnail. Very cool!

It looks like an INVERTED snout!
Thanks,

Wow! At first I thought it was a pig's snout. What a great discovery to come upon. Thanks for sharing.
