Skunk Cabbage

While some people may argue that skunk cabbage is stinky, I like the scent. It is so fresh and spring-like. It only grows in very wet, swampy areas. The air is damp and earthy. And I also think their yellow flowers are pretty in their own unique way.

You wouldn't think something that pretty would stink! A terrific shot.
