Today is my first day back to work from my mini-vacation. My husband and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary by camping over the weekend. The weather up in the Mt Hood National Forest was perfect. We stayed at Clear Lake, and this was the view from our tent. The water was only a few feet away, and we enjoyed every minute of it!

Glad you had a enjoyable mini-vacation with good weather. I have visited the Portland area several times and have been to Mt. Hood, but the weather has never cooperated.

Vacations are so wonderful, whether they are long or mini ones. Our day at the River felt like a vacation too.
