Dragonfly

Spotted this guy resting in the warm sun on Saturday at Trillium Lake. It looks like its had some hard times. I can spot two tears in his delicate wings.

Terrific closeup. Poor dragonfly. I hope he makes it with the tears in his wings.

Terrific capture. I wonder how they can avoid damaged wings - they look so fragile.
