First appearance of squirrels

In the past week or so, I have noticed a lot of squirrels finally making their appearance. Now if only sunny days would do the same ;)

Rainbow Season

If there is such thing as the season for rainbows, this must be it. I have been seeing them a lot lately. The dark clouds in the distance, misty rain in the air, but it is sunny where you are standing is the perfect recipe for the colorful arched lines in the sky. The hard ingredient lately has been that little bit of sun ;)

Ocean Bubbles

I still have a few leftover images from my recent trip to Neskowin, OR. The waves left a large amount of surf bubbles all along the beach, which are interesting to photograph up close.

Mushrooms in my lawn!

I didn't have to go far to take this photo. This tiny mushroom grew in the middle of my lawn!

Calla Lily

The flowers at the coast were all in full bloom when we went there two weekends ago. The tulips were all open and colorful. This entire calla lily bush was full of flowers. At home, my tulips have just now started to get stems. The flowers themselves are not yet open. They have at least another week to go. I don't have a calla lily bush at home, but know that they do not bloom until June.
