Dusk over Timothy Lake

Taken on a grey and gloomy day at Timothy Lake. At dusk, the clouds broke just long enough to catch the sun for a moment.

On a personal note, I guess now is a good of time as any to make an announcement. My husband and I are expecting our first child! I almost 13 weeks along and very excited and happy. A drawback however is that my blog may start to suffer at some point as I become less and less able to get out and photograph. I will do my best though. Thank you all for continuing to stop by! Mushrooms

I was putting my garden to bed for the winter this past week and spotted these two tiny mushrooms. They were so small, only about 1.5 cm in height. I left them perform their function in my yards little ecosystem.
