Check out my honeysuckle flowers! I am a proud gardening mama of a new honeysuckle bush this year. Last year, when I found out I was pregnant, I got a bunch of bulbs and perennial plants in so I would have a fairly easy garden this year. I knew I would not have time to dedicate to the project like I normally do. This plant was one of them. So I am happy to report that it is successfully growing up my back fence and attracting butterflies. And if only I could post a smell on this blog, because the fragrance is wonderful too!

I've never seen honeysuckle in those, my fave, colours. So beautiful w/ the raindrops and they do smell heavenly!
Oh I love honeysuckle!! I would love to have some growing along my fence line but it's just one of those garden plans I haven't gotten to yet...it smells so delicious and like summer!! Great shot!!!
