Fading Sunflower

This sunflower only lasted a few days before its petals started to droop and dry. A sure sign of a change in the evening temperatures. It's ok though. On the same plant there are at least 5 other flowers getting ready to bloom!

I see many fields of sunflowers around our home in GA but I don't dare stop to get a photo on the busy roads! Mildred
