I love the short walk up the Little Zig Zag River. It is only about a half mile until you reach the falls, which I posted about yesterday. The walk is often totally secluded, and the smells and sounds of the small river winding through the thick green forest are so peaceful.

Fantastic photo ! I love exploring with camera in hand through the woods so much to see , hear and smell . Nature nothing like it ! Have a great day !
That does look peaceful!
Recently, my daughter-in-law and my two grandsons explored a waterfall about an hour away from our cabin. Nature sure is worth spending time together and sharing the smells and hearing the animals and laughing together. Memories......these photographs are your memories. How sweet it is!

Nice! I could sit there all day.
This is very beauyiful picture.
Dreamy looking water. Good thing this river still has water some that I see from other bloggers their rivers or lakes dried out. ^_^

Gosh, that would be a LOVELY walk!! :)
So pretty! The colors are great and I love the effects on the water. Very nice. Thanks for sharing :)
Oh thanks for that! I love moving water most especially if there are lively actions like that. Whenever i think of seeing waterfalls but can't go to one, i just contend myself with whatever water is available, as long as it is not a silent river!
beautifully captured..:)
