Salmon River Side Creek
This is a small creek that trickles down along the Old Salmon River Trail outside of Welches, Oregon -- my hometown and old stomping grounds. I trekked out there this past weekend and loved the ice and snow that had been kept intact since our last precipitation a few weeks ago, due to the cold weather and shade of the deep old growth forest.
