Isolated Stairway

I love coming across staircases in nature, especially when they are leading you to an amazing place. These are especially attractive to me because they are seemingly being taken over by the ferns and moss of the rocky wall that the stairs are built into.

Gorgeous photo but I'd have a hard time climbing up because of my bad back!

The stairs doe blend nicely into the wall of foliage. I'm glad there's a railing there though as the stairway seems a bit steep.

Oh, that Pacific NW greenery!
We've got a ways to go before we see green!

Love the pretty greenery all around the staircase. It must be leading to somewhere gorgeous. Great capture!

I love it! Great photo, great find. It seems like it was built many years ago, the way the mountain is beginning to cover it up.

With all that vegetation, inhaling as you climb the steps must feel (and smell) amazing!
